Purchase a membership subscription. Download the ZOOM app. Add our email to your favorites (themmethod@outlook.com). Join the LIVE morning workout via your account page. The recorded sessions will be available in the On Demand Library that same morning for you to replay for 7 days after the initial recorded date.
