Block training means we commit to a specific focus for a set period of time (6 weeks), so your body has enough exposure to certain movements to actually adapt, grow & CHANGE your body.

Equipment needed for workouts:

  • Set of light, medium & heavy dumbbells
  • Mat
  • Chair/Bench/Jump Box (only one of these is necessary)
  • Booty Bands
